This website is operated by Mark Turizm İnşaat Gıda Danışmanlık ve Organizasyon Ticaret Limited Şirketi as a registered private provider offering application review, submission support and related consultancy services for Türkiye visa applications. This is not the official government website for Türkiye visa applications. Applicants may alternatively use the official channels provided by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Türkiye, including evisa.gov.tr for eligible electronic visa applications and konsolosluk.gov.tr for consular visa pre-application procedures where applicable. Depending on the selected service and application type, a separate review, processing and consultancy service fee may apply in addition to any government visa fee determined by the relevant authorities. Article 1 | Parties

In this agreement, the terms “Mark Turizm”, “Company”, “Service Provider”, “we” or “website” refer to the company below, which carries out the application, consultancy, tracking, payment, information and support services provided through the website:

Depending on the payment method, payment infrastructure or checkout flow selected by the Applicant, the payment for the relevant service process may be completed using payment methods, merchant accounts or payment infrastructure registered to, assigned to or operated by our UK company, Mark Tourism LTD. If payment is completed using such payment methods, merchant accounts or payment infrastructure, Mark Tourism LTD becomes the service provider and contracting entity for the relevant service process. In such cases, the relevant company information and payment details are displayed before payment.

In this agreement, “Applicant” or “user” means the person who, on their own behalf or on behalf of another person they are authorized to represent, fills out a form, shares information or documents, submits an application, requests consultancy services, completes a payment transaction, tracks an application or receives services through the website.

If the Applicant acts on behalf of another person, the Applicant accepts that they are authorized to submit an application, share the necessary information and documents, manage the application process and accept this agreement on behalf of that person.


Article 2 | Application of the Agreement

This agreement applies to the application, consultancy, tracking, payment, information and support services provided through the website.

The type of service selected by the Applicant may also be displayed on the application screen, payment screen, fee policy page, information pages or relevant consent areas. Before proceeding with any transaction, the Applicant is responsible for reviewing the service scope, payment items, total amount, cancellation and refund terms, and relevant information notices shown to them.

By performing a transaction through the website, submitting a form, making a payment or ticking the relevant consent boxes, the Applicant is deemed to have accepted the provisions of this agreement that are visible to them and applicable to the service they selected.


Article 3 | Türkiye e-Visa Consultancy Service

The Türkiye e-Visa consultancy service is an optional support service provided only upon separate request to nationals of countries eligible for e-Visa and to holders of eligible travel documents.

The official government portal for Türkiye e-Visa applications is evisa.gov.tr. If the Applicant is eligible for an e-Visa, the Applicant may apply directly through the official portal.

The service provided by Mark Turizm is a support service offered upon the Applicant’s request. This service does not replace the official evisa.gov.tr portal.

Eligibility for e-Visa is determined according to country, travel document type, purpose of travel and the conditions displayed in the official system. The preliminary check carried out by Mark Turizm does not replace the official eligibility decision or application result.

Procedures related to work, education, medical treatment, research, long-term residence or consular visas are outside the scope of the e-Visa consultancy service under this agreement.


Article 4 | Scope of the Türkiye e-Visa Consultancy Service

The consultancy and application support service provided by Mark Turizm may include the following procedures, depending on the selected package and the Applicant’s needs:

  • Preliminary check of e-Visa eligibility and application conditions,
  • Preparation of application information,
  • Preliminary check of passport, travel date and personal information compatibility,
  • Checking information consistency and additional conditions,
  • Submission support to the official system based on the information provided by the Applicant,
  • Tracking the application status,
  • If the e-Visa document is approved, guidance during the download and delivery process,
  • Preparation of a personalized Türkiye plan according to the selected package.

Mark Turizm does not issue the e-Visa itself. The e-Visa is an electronic travel document created under the rules of the official system.


Article 5 | Türkiye e-Visa Consultancy Packages

The Applicant may select one of the consultancy packages offered on the website.

Packages may differ in terms of application review scope, service priority within Mark Turizm, support level, tracking scope, level of detail of the personalized Türkiye plan and preparation time.

Package names such as Fast or Express refer only to Mark Turizm’s internal service priority, support response speed, review scope and the preparation time of the personalized Türkiye plan.

Package selection does not accelerate the decision time of the official authorities, does not guarantee e-Visa approval and does not guarantee entry into Türkiye.

Delivery times specified within a package begin after the Applicant has completed the required information and payment. Missing information, missing documents, waiting for the Applicant’s response, official holidays, technical issues or force majeure may affect delivery times.


Article 6 | Payment for the Türkiye e-Visa Consultancy Service

Payment items applicable to the consultancy service are displayed on the application and payment screens.

The total amount may consist of the service fee for the selected consultancy package, the official e-Visa fee if applicable, and bank, card, virtual POS or payment infrastructure transaction costs if applicable.

The Applicant is responsible for checking the items and the total amount displayed on the payment screen before confirming payment.

If an official e-Visa fee applies, it is separate from the amount charged for the consultancy service. Amounts displayed separately on the payment screen are collected with the Applicant’s approval.


Article 7 | Türkiye e-Visa Consultancy Application Process

The application process may generally consist of the following steps:

  • The Applicant fills out the application form,
  • The required information and documents are shared through the website,
  • Mark Turizm conducts a preliminary check of e-Visa eligibility, application conditions and information consistency,
  • If missing, incorrect or inconsistent information is detected, the Applicant is contacted,
  • Depending on the selected service, the application is prepared, completed or submission support to the official system is provided,
  • The application status is tracked,
  • The Applicant is guided during the result or document delivery process.

The application process may vary depending on the Applicant’s nationality, travel document type, official system rules, additional conditions, the speed of providing information or documents and the operation of technical systems.


Article 8 | Applicant’s Obligations

The Applicant accepts the following:

  • All information provided in the application form is accurate, compatible with the passport or travel document, complete and up to date,
  • They must carefully check their name, surname, date of birth, passport number, passport validity date, travel date, email address and phone information,
  • They are responsible for any consequences arising from missing, incorrect, false or passport-inconsistent information,
  • If acting on their own behalf or on behalf of another person, they are authorized to share the relevant information,
  • They must provide additional information, documents or verifications requested by Mark Turizm on time,
  • The official system or official authorities may request additional conditions, documents, verification or explanations,
  • The application result is not guaranteed by Mark Turizm.

Article 9 | Official System and No Guarantee

The evaluation, approval, refusal, validity period, number of entries, duration of stay and additional conditions of e-Visa applications are subject to the assessment of the relevant official systems and competent authorities.

Mark Turizm is not the decision-making authority for e-Visa approval. Mark Turizm does not guarantee that the application will be approved, concluded within a specific time, issued with a specific validity period or grant the right to enter Türkiye.

Obtaining an e-Visa does not mean that entry into Türkiye will be definitively permitted. The final assessment at the point of entry into Türkiye may be made by the authorized officers at the border.


Article 10 | Personalized Türkiye Plan

The personalized Türkiye plan is an informational and travel preparation service provided within the scope of the selected consultancy package.

This plan may include route, transportation, restaurant, café, shopping district, event, concert, theatre, museum, cultural route, daily program, return-day checklist or practical travel notes.

Suggestions included in the personalized Türkiye plan are for information and guidance purposes. Mark Turizm does not guarantee tickets, reservations, availability, prices, transportation times, occurrence of events, quality of third-party services or outcomes of third-party services.

In packages where phone or WhatsApp support guidance is offered, this service refers to communication and guidance support within Mark Turizm’s own service scope. This support does not replace emergency health, security, legal, official authority or third-party services.


Article 11 | Cancellation and Refund Terms for the Türkiye e-Visa Consultancy Service

Cancellation and refund requests are evaluated according to the stage of the service, whether the application has been submitted to the official system, whether the official e-Visa fee has been paid, whether the personalized Türkiye plan has been prepared and the rules of the payment infrastructure.

  • For cancellation requests made before the consultancy service has started, the collected Mark Turizm service fee may be refunded.
  • If preliminary check, information review, eligibility assessment, application preparation, support process or preparation of the personalized Türkiye plan has started, all or part of the Mark Turizm service fee may be non-refundable depending on the scope of the service provided.
  • If the application has been submitted to the official e-Visa system or the official e-Visa fee has been paid to the official system, refund of the official e-Visa fee is subject to the rules of the official system.
  • Refusal of the application by the official authorities does not by itself mean that the Mark Turizm service fee will be automatically refunded.
  • If there is a clear processing error caused by Mark Turizm, duplicate payment or technical collection error, the necessary review is conducted and an appropriate refund or correction is made.
  • The Applicant is responsible for consequences arising from incorrect, missing, erroneous or passport-inconsistent information.
  • If the personalized Türkiye plan has been prepared or delivered, the amount relating to this service may not be considered refundable.
  • Refunds of transaction costs deducted by banks, card schemes, virtual POS or payment infrastructure providers may depend on the rules of the relevant payment provider.

For a cancellation or refund request, the Applicant must contact Mark Turizm. Each request is evaluated by considering transaction records, payment records, the stage of the application and the scope of the service provided.

If the Applicant initiates a payment objection, reversal or chargeback, Mark Turizm may submit transaction records, service records, application records, invoice information, communication records and other lawful records to the relevant bank, payment institution or card scheme.

If it is determined that the Applicant has received the service but used the payment objection or chargeback mechanism in bad faith to cause loss to Mark Turizm, obtain an unjust benefit or recover the service fee despite receiving the service, Mark Turizm may file a criminal complaint against the relevant person, initiate legal proceedings and claim compensation for its damages.


Article 12 | Payment Security and Prevention of Misuse

Mark Turizm may carry out technical and administrative checks to ensure payment security, prevent fake or repeated transactions, check transaction consistency, detect technical errors, prevent misuse and conduct the application process securely.

These checks may include reviewing payment status, transaction time, IP address, device and browser information, email address, phone information, application information, limited transaction information received from the payment provider and application history.

Where necessary, additional information, documents or verification may be requested from the Applicant. If the Applicant does not provide the required verification, the application may be cancelled before being processed or submitted to the official system, or the service may be suspended for transaction security reasons.


Article 13 | Personal Data

The Applicant’s personal data may be processed for the purposes of conducting the application process, checking information and documents, carrying out payment and invoicing procedures, tracking the application, communication, security, prevention of misuse, necessary sharing with official authorities or official systems and fulfilment of legal obligations.

Detailed information on the processing of personal data is available on the Privacy Policy page. The Applicant accepts that they must read the Privacy Policy before using the service.

The Applicant accepts that, in order to carry out the selected service, application information and required documents may be transferred to the relevant official systems, competent official authorities, payment providers and technical service providers that are necessary for the provision of the service.


Article 14 | Communication and Application Tracking

Mark Turizm may send notifications relating to the application process via the email address, phone number, SMS, application tracking page or other communication channels provided by the Applicant.

The Applicant is responsible for ensuring that their contact details are accurate and accessible. Mark Turizm is not responsible for delays that may arise due to incorrect contact details such as email address or phone number, emails being filtered as spam or the Applicant failing to monitor notifications.

The Applicant is responsible for regularly checking the application status through the tracking screen on the website.


Article 15 | Limitation of Liability

Mark Turizm is not responsible for consequences arising from the Applicant submitting incorrect, incomplete, outdated, misleading or passport-inconsistent information or documents.

Mark Turizm is not responsible for decisions of competent authorities, interruptions in official systems, changes to official requirements or practices, assessments by border officers, payment infrastructure delays, late responses by the Applicant or disruptions caused by third-party service providers.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the liability of Mark Turizm is limited to direct damages arising from its own fault. Official fees, bank commissions, third-party fees, travel expenses, flight tickets, hotels, reservations, transportation, loss of business, loss of income or similar indirect damages are not considered within this scope.


Article 16 | Changes to the Agreement

Mark Turizm may update this Service Agreement from time to time. The updated agreement becomes effective as of the date it is published on the website.

The agreement available on the website on the date when the Applicant gives payment or application approval applies to the relevant transaction. Changes to the agreement do not apply retroactively to past transactions unless expressly stated otherwise.


Article 17 | Governing Law and Disputes

This agreement is interpreted under the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The Applicant’s mandatory rights arising from applicable legislation are reserved.

In the event of a dispute, it is recommended that a solution first be sought through Mark Turizm support channels. The parties’ legal application rights are reserved.


Article 17A | UK Company Service Processes

If the Applicant’s payment for a service process is completed using payment methods, merchant accounts or payment infrastructure registered to, assigned to or operated by Mark Tourism LTD, Article 17 of this agreement does not apply to that service process, and this Article 17A applies instead.

For such service processes, the relevant service is provided by Mark Tourism LTD. References in this agreement to “Mark Turizm”, “Company”, “Service Provider”, “we” or similar expressions are deemed to refer to Mark Tourism LTD for that service process, to the extent applicable.

Payment collection, invoicing, refunds, chargebacks, payment objections and payment-related matters connected with such service processes may be handled by Mark Tourism LTD.

Service processes paid using payment methods, merchant accounts or payment infrastructure registered to, assigned to or operated by Mark Tourism LTD are subject to the applicable laws of England and Wales, as well as applicable payment scheme rules, banking rules and regulatory requirements, without prejudice to the Applicant’s mandatory consumer rights under applicable legislation.

For all service processes not paid using payment methods, merchant accounts or payment infrastructure registered to, assigned to or operated by Mark Tourism LTD, Article 17 remains applicable.


Article 18 | Acceptance and Consent

The Applicant is deemed to have accepted this Service Agreement by filling out the application form through the website, making a payment, submitting the application or ticking the relevant consent boxes.

The Applicant accepts the following:

  • They have read and accepted this Service Agreement,
  • They have read the Privacy Policy,
  • The information and documents provided for the selected service are accurate, complete and up to date,
  • The application result is not guaranteed by Mark Turizm,
  • Entry into Türkiye is not guaranteed,
  • If the Türkiye e-Visa consultancy service is selected, the official government portal for Türkiye e-Visa is evisa.gov.tr,
  • If the Türkiye e-Visa consultancy service is selected, this service is not mandatory and an application may be made directly through the official portal,
  • If the Türkiye e-Visa consultancy service is selected, packages such as Fast or Express do not accelerate the official decision time,
  • They understand the cancellation and refund terms,
  • They have checked and approved the payment items and total amount displayed during the application.

The Applicant cannot complete the application or payment process without ticking the required consent boxes or giving the required approval. Completion of the application or payment process means that this agreement has been accepted.
